DECLAN MAY is an author, scriptwriter, screenwriter, producer and editor.

 

He has been a full-time writer since 2003, and has worked on a wide variety of TV shows and films both in France and in the UK. A writer of sketch comedy and sitcoms, his work has appeared on BBC One and BBC Two. Currently developing a screenplay about the life of Dirk Bogarde, working on several concurrent television, film and book projects as well as a bande dessine, and in the planning stages of launching a magazine, he somehow finds the time to write third-person potted biographies of himself for Doctor Who charity books.
